About the Role:

Social Media Marketing Manager cum PPC Campaign Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid):

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Plan and schedule content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate with the creative/design team to create impactful visuals and videos
• Analyze social media insights to optimize performance and report monthly growth metrics

PPC Campaign Management (Meta Ads & Google Ads):

• Plan, execute, and manage ROI-driven ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
• Track campaign performance daily, optimize for conversions and reduce CPC
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and lead quality
• Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights for future campaigns

Required Skills:

• Proven hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and paid campaigns
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube)
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM parameters
• Basic knowledge of content marketing, funnel strategy, and landing page optimization
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet campaign deadlines
