PPC Executive

Conversion Perk is a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping ecommerce, D2C, and service-based brands scale with data-backed strategies. We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled Senior PPC Executive who can take charge of paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

• Plan, launch, and manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube campaigns.
• Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and search term pruning.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and lead quality.
• Set up conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Enhanced Conversions).
• Audit accounts and suggest actionable improvements for better performance.

Meta Ads

• Create, manage, and scale campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
• Build structured ad sets, test creatives, and optimize for the lowest CPA.
• Work with the creative team for ad copy suggestions and innovative directions.
• Track events via Meta Events Manager and implement pixel/Conversion API setups.

Cross-Channel Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies.
• Monitor daily performance, identify trends, and proactively optimize.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights, not just numbers.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to align on goals.
• Stay updated with platform changes, beta features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, and Data Studio.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of $10,000 to $100,000/month.
• Experience with ecommerce, lead generation, and remarketing funnels.
• An analytical mindset with comfort in numbers and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
