PPC Engineer

Job description

• Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing of products, coordinating with teams, managing inventory, and optimizing resources to meet demand and control costs.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to align with customer demand and operational capacity.
• Determine and ensure the availability of necessary raw materials, equipment, and skilled labor for timely production.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses of materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, purchasing, and production, to gather input and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production costs to ensure profitability and implement quality control measures to meet product specifications.
• Track production data, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues or disruptions that impact production, implementing corrective actions to minimize delays.

• Exceptional organization and time-management abilities to manage complex schedules and multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in production planning software ( SAP ) and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various departments and management.
• Strong ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within the production process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
