PPC and BOM (2-in-1 Role)

We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage both Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Bill of Materials (BOM) creation for our custom furniture manufacturing unit in Manesar.

This is a dual-function role ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional coordination, planning accuracy, and structured documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control (PPC):

• Plan and schedule production based on order pipeline and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and factory teams for smooth operations
• Monitor production progress, track job orders, and identify delays or gaps
• Maintain daily and weekly reports for production tracking and performance

Bill of Materials (BOM):

• Create and maintain accurate BOMs based on design and technical drawings
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure correct material specs
• Update BOM versions as per changes in design or material
• Enter BOM details in ERP system and assist in inventory forecasting

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in furniture or modular manufacturing industry
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an added advantage
• Highly organized, process-driven, and able to multitask independently
