STORI is seeking an experienced HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment for our factory operations. The ideal candidate will also support basic HR administration and employee engagement at the factory. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory roles (production, logistics, carpentry, QA/QC, housekeeping) Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements Source candidates through portals, vendors, walk-ins, and local networks Schedule and conduct interviews and onboarding Maintain recruitment trackers and reports Handle basic HR admin: documentation, employee records, ID cards, etc. Support attendance, leave tracking, and coordination with payroll Organize cultural and engagement activities for factory employees Be the on-ground HR point of contact for factory-related concerns Qualifications Graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources or a relevant field 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing/factory environment Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a factory environment Male candidate preferred for on-ground coordination and worker engagement Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you comfortable from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM timing Experience: Factory Recruitment : 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
