Your Role As a senior software engineer with Capgemini, you will have 4 + years of experience inPower Appstechnology with strong project track record In this role you will play a key role in: Strongcustomer orientation,decision making,problem solving, communication andpresentation skills Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions Very goodcollaboration skillsand ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies Providing support for the developed PowerApps and power automates. Superb leadership andteam buildingskills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority Your profile Hands-on experience on designing/architecting and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions -Power Appsand Power Automates. Good hands-on experience in converting InfoPath forms to SharePoint List customized forms/ PowerApps and converting SP designer workflows to Power automates. Extensive experience in creating PowerAppscanvasandmodel drivenapps tailored to meet specific business needs. Demonstrated ability to create solutions with various data sources such asdata verse, SharePoint, SQL,Azurecomponents etc. Good understanding of solutions,environment variables, andsolution ALM process.
