Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud & desktop).
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable and secure applications.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Platform best practices, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Manage Power Platform administration tasks, including environment setup, app migration, license/credit management, DLP policy implementation, and platform usage monitoring.
• Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative low-code automation or AI-enabled use cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and connected systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and governance compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers or low-code engineers in Power Platform development, administration, and deployment processes.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new features and tools in Power Platform to improve efficiency and business impact.

Mandatory Experience and Skills

• Hands-on Expertise in developing web apps and automation workflow using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud + desktop)
• Hands-on Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate cloud/desktops flows.
• Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), and Microsoft Office 365 integration with a strong focus on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365-based integrated apps build.
• Some programming experience in JAVA/.NET/python will be preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience managing Power Platform - admin activities such as environment creation, management, apps movement from one environment to another, license credit assignments, tracking and reporting of platform usage, DLP, etc.
• Experience participating in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Apps/automate best practices, security, and scalability.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.
• Ability to design, code, and deploy applications independently.

Good to Have

• Experience using Power Apps AI services in Power Apps-based applications.
• Experience using Power Automation for low-code RPA use cases.
• Prior experience with some programming languages, such as NET/ C# /Java/Python, will be advantageous.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
