Power Automate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Power Automate Developer

to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Power Automate

, including advanced use of

data connectors

expressions

, and a solid understanding of

business process automation principles

. Experience integrating with

ERP systems

is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using
Power Automate (Flow)
.
Build and configure data connectors, APIs, and custom connectors as needed.
Write complex expressions and conditions to support advanced automation logic.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and enhance existing flows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with other Power Platform components like
Power Apps
,
Dataverse
, and
Power BI
where applicable.
Provide technical documentation and user training/support.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 10 years of experience in IT with at least
3+ years
focused on
Microsoft Power Automate
.
Proficiency in building flows using built-in and premium
data connectors
.
Strong command of
Power Automate expressions
, loops, conditions, error handling, and approval workflows.
Understanding of
business process automation (BPA)
concepts and best practices.
Experience integrating Power Automate with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SQL, Excel, etc.).
Exposure to
ERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) is a plus.
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with
Power Apps
,
Power BI
, or
Power Virtual Agents
.
Experience with
custom connectors
and
Power Platform governance
.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
