🚀 We’re Hiring: Development Lead for Power Management ICs (PMICs)

📍 Location: Hyderabad

📅 Experience: 8–15 years in PMIC development and power systems design

Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Power Management ICs (PMIC) for SoCs and embedded platforms.
• Define system architecture, power sequencing, and low-power design strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analog, digital, verification, firmware, and system engineering).
• Drive silicon bring-up, validation, and debug of PMIC features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related).
• 8+ years of experience in PMIC/Power Management design and development.
• Strong expertise in power converters (DC-DC, LDOs, buck/boost), regulators, and battery management.
• Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, validation, and debug.
• Familiarity with digital interfaces (I2C, SPI) and system-level power architecture.
• Proven leadership experience in leading small to mid-sized teams.
