Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and be proficient in Power BI.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI performance, data quality, and security.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and features.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Power BI and data analytics.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and challenges.
Proficiency in Power BI development, including report development, data modeling, and visualization.
Experience with data analysis, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient Power BI solutions.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data governance principles.
