Job Description

Job Title: Power BI

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Mode: Remote


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain

    interactive dashboards and reports

    in Power BI.
  • Build and optimize

    data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs

    .
  • Integrate data from

    SQL Server, Oracle, APIs, Excel, and cloud platforms

    .
  • Implement

    ETL/ELT pipelines

    using Power Query and related tools.
  • Ensure

    data quality, security (RLS/CLS), and governance compliance

    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
  • Optimize

    report performance

    and support large-scale deployments.
  • Provide

    end-user training, documentation, and technical support

    .
  • Stay updated on

    latest Power BI features and industry best practices

    .
Must-Have Skills
  • Expert proficiency in

    Power BI (Desktop, Service, Mobile)

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling

    .
  • Advanced

    SQL skills

    and database experience (SQL Server, Azure, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience with

    ETL tools

    (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica).
  • Strong understanding of

    data warehouse concepts, star/snowflake schemas

    .
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Knowledge of

    Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse

    .
  • Experience with

    cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    data governance frameworks

    and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX).
  • Exposure to

    BI training, mentoring, and community engagement

    .
