Key Deliverables:
1) Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
2) Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and third-party services.
3) Collaborate with business teams to understand automation needs and translate them into technical solutions.
4) Monitor and troubleshoot existing flows to ensure reliability and performance.
5) Document workflows, processes, and user guides for internal teams.
6) Ensure data security and compliance within automated processes.
7) Support automation initiatives related to invoice processing, CRM integration and ERP systems (e.g. MS NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2) 1–3 years of experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar automation tools.
3) Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
4) Basic understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and workflow logic.
5) Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central is a plus.
6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7) Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
1) Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 CRM.
2) Understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
