Job Title: Power Apps DeveloperPosition Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, primarily focusing on Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development
• Design, build, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Portals.
• Develop Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business processes.
• Configure and extend Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules.
• Integration & Customization
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and other data sources via connectors.
• Utilize Power FX, JavaScript, and custom APIs to extend functionality.
• Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and role-based access.
• Requirements & Documentation
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution architecture, workflows, and data models.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training.
• Maintenance & Support
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Apply governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure scalability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience developing with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and Common Data Service.
• Familiarity with connectors, APIs, and custom connectors.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365 integration.
• Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps (preferred).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
