Power Apps Developer

• At least 4-5 years of PowerApp and Power Automate experience
• High proficiency with developing and optimizing canvas applications and working with custom connectors
• Knowledge of SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, and ability to write moderate complex store procedures, must have a good understanding of SQL and be able to write basic CRUD stored procedures and maintain same. Simple SQL queries (basic table joins) in small app specific schema for reporting is another example.
• Knowledge of working with APIs, Candidate must understand how to use an API in the context of PowerApps - how to call API in in a PowerAutomate flow, how to use Swagger, understand and handle API errors properly, etc.
• Knowledge of development and deployment best practices using PowerApps tools and connected to Azure DevOps repositories. For example, we are using the PowerApps built-in deployments - publishing apps from Dev-to-QA, QA-to-UAT, UAT-to-Prod. We also put code to an Azure DevOps repository (linked in PA std feature). They should have understanding of that feature in PA.
• Knowledge of PowerApps security and administration best practices, candidate must know how AD security groups are used to secure environments and PA canvas apps. We have the core environments setup DEV, QA, UAT, Prod and core AD groups.
• Experience using Wrap feature in PowerApps to publish to Android device
• Experience using Barcode reader control

Role

• Designing, developing, and testing PowerApps applications based on user requirements.

• Providing documentation and training to users to maximize application utilization and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

• Proven experience in developing applications using PowerApps and understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem.  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and related technologies.  
• Proficiency in data modeling concepts and experience integrating PowerApps with various data sources.  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
