Role Overview

Poultry Feed Sales Professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of poultry feed in the assigned territory in Bihar/Jharkhand.
• Develop, manage, and expand distributor and dealer networks in Bihar / Jharkhand.
• Conduct regular farm visits, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights.
• Ensure timely payment collection.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Conduct technical discussions with farmers and provide basic advisory support.
• Drive new product introductions and ensure visibility of Anmol brands in the market.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  38 years in

  Poultry Feed Sales is mandatory

  .

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline; candidates with degrees in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry preferred.
• Age - within 35 years.
• Strong network of dealers, distributors, and farmers in Bihar.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
• Should have own two-wheeler vehicle.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
