We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Editing Coordinator to manage high-volume video edits handled by our team of editors and the QC (Quality Check) team. You will be responsible for assigning daily tasks, tracking progress, ensuring targets are met, and improving workflow efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operations, coordination, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assign daily editing tasks to video editors based on workload and skill level.

Coordinate closely with the QC team to ensure timely review and approval of edits

Maintain an updated dashboard for edit status, pending tasks, and back

ualifications1–2 years of experience in video editing coordination, post-production coordination, or similar role.Strong understanding of video editing workflows (editing, QC, revisions).Excellent communication, planning, and task management skills.Ability to work with deadlines and handle high-volume operations.Proficiency with Google Sheets, Drive, and project management tools.Attention to detail and ability to multitask

effectively.Preferred (
