As a holder of the position, your key responsibilities will include: - Initiating Change Control and performing impact assessments. - Conducting manufacturing investigations related to deviations, OOS, OOT, and market complaints to identify root causes and implement appropriate CAPAs. - Ensuring compliance with quality notifications such as deviations and investigations for proper closure. Reviewing non-conformances, deviations, change controls, internal audits, annual product quality reviews, and assessing other impacting documents and related activities. - Handling Track-wise software, SAP, and Document compliance software. - Performing and participating in Quality risk management exercises when required. - Conducting gap analysis with respect to cGMP guidelines, current regulatory requirements, and SOPs, and ensuring compliance and implementation. - Providing proper training to all concerned personnel regarding investigation outcomes. - Ensuring compliance at the shop floor with SOPs. - Preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures. - Adhering to the environmental, health, and safety policies of the organization. - Performing any other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
