Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Analyst in inbound BPO
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Identify training or coaching needs of team members and communicate them to the Manager
Provide effective feedback and coaching to improve performance
Arrange and conduct calibration sessions with partner sites
Identify opportunity areas for improvement in processes
Should be proficient in Excel reporting, building charts, graphs, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
