Mahaveer Reddy Structures Pvt Ltd is looking for Position - Engineer/Sr. Engineer - QS to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer/Sr
Engineer - QS to join our team at Mahaveer Reddy Structures Pvt Ltd The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and excellent analytical skills

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and submit tenders, estimates, and quotations for construction projects
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance and cost control
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate estimation of materials and labor costs

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
