Job Description

1. Plan Monitor Service Revenue Business for the Region 1. Make yearly plans for Service Revenue based on Installed Base (IB)and Sales Forecast 2. Monitor the actuals w.r.t. plans. Drive execute mitigation actions. 3. Prepare Monthly MIS , Provide Contract Revenue Forecasts 4. Monthly reviews with Regional and HO colleagues 2. CRM Collaboration 1. Develop professional customer relationship, offer appropriate service solutions to achieve customer loyalty 2. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to leverage competitive advantage for the business IB retention 3. Work closely with Education Services/ Application team for developing and growing Education services revenue 3. Acquire Service Business for the Regions 1. Coordinate with Region, HO and back office shared services team (GBS) to ensure timely Contract offers submission to customers 2. Follow up and negotiations with customers for conclusion of contracts in alignment with Regional and Territory sales managers, modality managers and Country Service Marketing/Sales 3. Improving Contract Capture Rate and Contract Conversions 4. Ensuring booking of contracts and submission of Invoices through commercial team 5. Collection of Payments from Customers as per agreed terms in coordination with Business Administration and Service Group Leaders 4. Acquisition of Additional Service Revenue through 1. PMS Kits 2. Upgrades 3. Education/ User Services etc Qualifications / Skillsets / Experience Graduate/Post graduate preferably in Biomedical / Electrical / Electronics stream3-5 years of rich experience in a service sales or service marketing role in a medical devices organizationExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsPreferred languages - English, Hindi GujaratiOpen to travel 70% - role requirement
