Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive Business strategies to achieve and surpass Sales targets for the connector channel and activation
Product Enhancement: Identify user pain points and propose innovative product enhancements to improve the onboarding, engagement and servicing experience on Hero Humrahi Mobile App
Sales Team Enablement: Drive the sales team to achieve set targets through regular communication, training, and performance monitoring.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Publish accurate and timely Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to relevant stakeholders, providing clear insights into progress and performance
Connector Engagement: Design and implement engaging communication campaigns via WhatsApp and Contact Center calling. Design lucrative incentive programs and offers to foster strong relationships with connectors and drive their participation via virtual/physical connects
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to inform product development and business strategies.

Skills

3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Program management and Portfolio retention in BFSI sector
Strong ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions
Good communication, networking and relationship skills
Ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders
