We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director to lead our Future Leaders Attraction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in attracting top talent and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
