Portfolio Manager-Business Banking

Role Overview: You will be responsible for scoping out and delivering products to meet the Business Banking value proposition for the Bank. Your role will involve guiding, nurturing, and collaborating with Sales teams to build capability and ensure superior delivery to the customer. It is essential to work within the compliance boundaries set by regulatory bodies and the bank, while also maximizing efficiency through suggesting Product Innovation and Process Re-engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Develop micro market and segment related solutions along with sales teams in respective geographies to provide a differentiated proposition to customers. - Build an enabling work environment through the capability development of teams, serving as a subject matter expert on business banking solutions. - Drive service architecture through the seamless integration of various channels supporting the business, including branch banking, phone banking, etc. - Foster a collaborative work culture between the branch, assets team, and support structure to empower front line teams. - Build, grow, and nurture the team of Product managers.
