Portfolio IT Executive

As an IT Support Specialist at IHG, your role will involve ensuring the completion of daily IT checklist and backups. You will be responsible for resolving technical and application issues, as well as coordinating with vendors, MSP, and internal teams for network and hardware performance. Additionally, you will maintain hotel systems including firewall, switches, and user ID management, while also supporting guest Wi-Fi feedback improvement and CSA documentation. Your role will also include training and guiding local IT resources. You will be expected to suggest improvements to boost team efficiency.
