As a highly experienced Portfolio Delivery Lead with a strong background in Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management, you will play a crucial role in driving successful project delivery and contributing to the growth of the company. With 15 to 19 years of experience and a deep understanding of Retail Banking, your leadership and project management skills will be instrumental in ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Oversee project managers and teams to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. - Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks and issues. - Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. - Develop and implement project management best practices, processes, and tools to enhance project delivery. - Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure quality and compliance with standards. - Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines for successful project outcomes. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams. - Provide mentorship and support to project managers and team members for skill enhancement. - Ensure alignment of project goals with the company's strategic objectives and priorities. - Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery and performance. **Qualifications:** - Extensive experience in Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management. - Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Good understanding of Retail Banking domain and its specific project management requirements. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks and issues. - Proficiency in project management tools and software for enhanced project planning and execution. **Certifications Required:** - PMP (Project Management Professional) - PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.,
