Job Description

Job Title:

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience in political consulting preferred but not mandatory
Native of West Bengal with fluency in Bengali (mandatory)

Technical Skills:

Strong data analysis and political campaign strategy preparation skills
Must own a personal laptop

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support execution of political campaign strategies
Conduct ground-level campaign activities, including voter outreach and surveys
Participate in client interactions and strategy discussions
Support senior consultants with research, reporting, and presentations
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary as per industry standards
Reimbursements, travel, and medical insurance coverage as per company policy

Work Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Kolkata
Ability to stay in company-arranged accommodations during campaign periods

Training & Development:

Mandatory training sessions will be provided
Must be comfortable working under supervision
