We are looking for dynamic and committed Political Field Associates to support on-ground operations, constituency engagement, data collection, voter outreach, and organisational coordination. This role is ideal for individuals who understand political environments, can work under pressure, and are passionate about public service and electoral strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Operations & Ground Coordination

• Coordinate daily political activities within assigned constituencies/wards.

• Maintain close contact with local leaders, booth-level workers, and volunteers.

• Conduct door-to-door outreach, event mobilisation, and constituency tours.

• Collect local issues, grievances, and feedback from citizens.

2. Data & Reporting

• Conduct GI (Ground Intelligence), caste mapping, and sentiment assessment.

• Gather booth-level information, track local developments, and submit daily/weekly reports.

• Map key influencers, active karyakartas, and political impact points.

3. Campaign Execution

• Support in planning and executing political campaigns, rallies, meetings, and events.

• Coordinate distribution of campaign materials—flyers, banners, digital content.

• Assist social media teams with on-ground content capture (photos, videos, bytes).

4. Stakeholder & Cadre Management

• Build relationships with community leaders, associations, student groups, and local organisations.

• Identify and engage booth agents, volunteers, and grassroots workers.

• Resolve local coordination issues and ensure smooth communication between leadership and cadres.

5. Issue Tracking & Constituency Insights

• Identify ground issues early and escalate for political decision-making.

• Maintain daily event reports, issue trackers, and sentiment logs.

• Provide insights on opposition activities, voter concerns, and local dynamics.

• Basic understanding of political structures, elections, and ground-level dynamics.

• Ability to collect, analyse, and present field data clearly.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work long hours during campaigns.

• Familiarity with social media, WhatsApp communication, and Google Sheets/Excel.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree

• Previous experience in political fieldwork, election campaigns, or community outreach is an added advantage.
