Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Podcaster located in Jaipur. The Podcaster will be responsible for creating, planning, and hosting podcast episodes, including researching topics, writing scripts, and conducting interviews. The role also includes engaging with listeners through social media, promoting podcast episodes, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Proficiency in Research and Interviewing
• Experience with Social Media engagement and promotion
• Excellent storytelling and public speaking abilities
• Familiarity with podcasting platforms and equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
