Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and host BooksWagon’s Podcast channel

 Research authors, books, and current themes to ideate episode formats and discussion

topics.

 Develop scripts and narrative structures

 Repurpose podcast content into blogs, quote cards, emailers, and social media copy

 Develop performance marketing plans with line manager.

Social Media Responsibilities:

 Manage and coordinate daily tasks of the Social Media Executive.

 Supervise the execution of content calendars, campaign postings, and scheduling across

platforms.

 Ensure all creatives, captions, and hashtags align with brand guidelines and strategy.

 Monitor platform-wise performance and ensure timely reporting.

 Track the completion status of assigned social media tasks and follow up on pending work.

SEO Responsibilities:

 Manage and coordinate daily tasks of SEO Executives.

 Review and guide on-page SEO tasks including meta tags, keyword usage, and URL

structures.

 Oversee off-page SEO activities like backlink building, directory submissions, and outreach.

 Monitor key SEO metrics and performance reports to track progress.

 Track task completion and provide support where needed.

Content Responsibilities:

 Manage and coordinate daily tasks of the Content Writer.

 Oversee the development of blog posts, website content, product descriptions, and

marketing copy.

 Review content drafts for grammar, tone, structure, and keyword alignment.

 Assist in planning content calendars and topic ideas aligned with campaigns and SEO needs.

 Ensure timely delivery of content and provide quality feedback for improvements.
