About the Role

Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Host and record English-language podcasts (audio/video).
• Conceptualize, script, and produce podcast episodes in alignment with brand objectives.
• Shoot and edit reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas.
• Maintain consistent content quality, tone, and delivery.
• Research trending topics, formats, and viral content strategies.
• Manage end-to-end content lifecyclefrom ideation to publishing.
• Ensure timely delivery of content for both full-time and freelance commitments.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command over spoken English with clear diction.
• Strong camera presence and confidence in hosting podcast sessions.
• Proficiency in shooting short-form content (reels).
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar).
• Creative storytelling and scriptwriting ability.
• Understanding of social media trends, engagement patterns, and audience preferences.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in podcast hosting or voice-based content creation.
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or digital media teams.
• Portfolio of past podcasts, reels, or relevant content.
