About you
We re looking for someone who is both operationally rigorous and creative. You ll coordinate production timelines, schedule interviews with sources, work across teams, and drive promotional efforts for each podcast. You should have about two years of work experience, ideally in podcast production, executive assistant, or editorial work. What matters most is that you re fluent in managing workflows and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts. Your coordination processes should reflect genuine enthusiasm for publishing great content, while your operational and logistical precision must be tip-top. You believe that great content is made even greater when it is supported by an excellent process.
What you are expected to do
- Manage end-to-end production cycles oversee pre-production, scheduling, production, and post-production schedules and documentation
- Orchestrate audio editing workflows and release processes to ensure every episode meets The Ken s quality standards and deadlines
- Collaborate with The Ken s Growth, Engagement, Retention, and Community teams to develop promotion and marketing efforts that maximise audience engagement
- Work with podcast hosts and editors to create episode assets, show notes, transcripts, and promotional materials
- Schedule interviews with sources and coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Build and maintain production systems that support consistent, high-quality output
- Troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutions that keep production on track without compromising quality
