Job Description

As a P&O Business Partner at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, your role will involve partnering with the Business Units to implement the P&O strategy and drive interventions to support the growing and profitable businesses of Smart Infrastructure Operating Company. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing deep insights, independent viewpoint, and P&O expertise to business issues, consulting with and influencing senior leaders on people and organizational culture topics. - Understanding the business strategy, interacting with stakeholders to address business challenges and people implications, and implementing the people strategy accordingly. - Collaborating with business leaders on workforce planning, talent pipeline development, succession planning, and driving cultural change aligned with the business strategy. - Ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines, identifying talents with potential, and sponsoring them for talent programs. - Facilitating competency evaluation, individual development plans, and customized training needs at the group level to enhance organizational capability. - Supporting People Managers in handling critical people topics, facilitating SGES planning workshops, and providing insights from data analysis for informed decision-making. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in HR, preferably with exposure to different facets of the function. - Management graduate from reputed management institutes. - Experience in HR business partnering for businesses with around 150 employees and managing HR projects in various HR COEs. - Digital mindset, excellent communication skills, team player, self-driven, honest, and hardworking. This role is based in Airoli (Navi Mumbai) with opportunities to travel to other locations in India and beyond, offering you the chance to work with diverse teams impacting entire cities and countries.
