Join our P&O (People & organization) BP (Business Partnering) team and help us build the technology that will transform entire industries, cities and even countries. We need a People Business Partner anchored out of Airoli who will support the P&O BP for one of the largest, complex and growing businesses - Smart Infrastructure (SI) Operating Company for SIEMENS in India. The key responsibility for this position would be to support and actively participate with the P&O BP to engage with the BU teams to implement the P&O strategy and drive interventions based on the same, to look after the growing and profitable businesses.
