Job Description

📁 PMO & Strategic Business Partnerships Associate (Remote)

Eligibility:

  • Minimum qualification:

    Bachelor’s degree

    (Business/Management/Engineering preferred)
  • Preferred: MBA / Master’s in Management / Consulting experience
  • At least

    1–3 years of relevant work experience

    in consulting, strategy, or project execution
  • Strong written and spoken English required
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely

Role Overview:

Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in building partnership proposals, pitch decks & presentations
  • Track & manage internal strategic projects and OKRs across departments
  • Coordinate with marketing, analytics, HR, and design functions
  • Monitor pipeline progress and implementation of strategic goals
  • Lead documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and reporting mechanisms

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and project tracking tools (e.g. Notion, Trello)
  • Exposure to F&B, retail, consulting, or startup environments is a plus
  • Analytical and structured thinking, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong research, documentation, and interpersonal skills
