PMO Manager

As a PMO Manager at Simform, you will play a crucial role in the resource allocation and bench management of large engineering teams. With over 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in PMO/resource management roles, you will lead the allocation of 500+ engineering and development resources. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a bench management strategy to forecast and minimize bench time, ensuring optimal resource deployment. Collaboration with delivery leaders, project managers, and HR will be essential to optimize staffing and meet project demands. By monitoring resource utilization metrics, identifying gaps, and providing actionable insights, you will contribute to capacity planning and demand forecasting aligned with business growth and project pipeline. Managing full-cycle contractor resources onboarding/offboarding efficiently and ensuring smooth resource transitions into projects will be part of your responsibilities. Your proficiency in PMO tools and BI/reporting tools will be crucial in providing regular reports and dashboards to leadership on utilization, bench strength, and forecasted needs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment with competing priorities.
