Job Description

Role Overview: As a PMO Coordinator & Governance specialist at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing project management processes and ensuring compliance with project governance frameworks. Your main tasks will include tracking and reporting on project progress, supporting project managers in resource planning and risk management, monitoring project performance, and reporting on key performance indicators and deliverables. Additionally, you will be involved in financial analysis, budget management, cost optimization, risk assessment, reporting, stakeholder management, and tool/process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee project management processes and ensure compliance with project governance frameworks - Track and report on the progress of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scope - Support project managers in resource planning, budgeting, and risk management - Monitor project performance, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables - Develop, manage, and track project budgets and financials across the entire portfolio aligning with organizational financial goals - Perform cost-benefit analysis and financial forecasting to help stakeholders make informed decisions - Analyze and report on variances between projected and actual project costs - Identify cost-saving opportunities across projects without compromising quality - Assess financial risks associated with projects and develop mitigation plans - Generate detailed financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics like ROI, cost variance, and profitability - Engage with key stakeholders to understand their financial needs and ensure projects are aligned with organizational financial goals - Utilize project management and financial tools to streamline financial tracking and reporting - Drive initiatives to enhance financial governance and accountability Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of project management and financial concepts - Ability to balance strategic oversight and detailed financial analysis - Highly organized and capable of working with multiple stakeholders - Previous experience in PMO coordination, financial analysis, and budget management (6 to 10 years) If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV and motivation to: hrtvm@arstraffic.com.
