PMO Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Professional in this role based in Ahmedabad, India, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data to support decision-making processes. Your attention to detail, patience, and dedication to learning will be essential as you identify trends, create and manage reports, and mine business data from various sources for analysis. Understanding your company and industry quickly will be crucial as you aim to extract actionable insights from raw data to influence strategies and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Gather data from primary and secondary sources, maintaining databases and data systems. - Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within complex datasets. - Cleanse data and analyze computer-generated reports to identify and rectify coding errors. - Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities. - Identify opportunities for process enhancements and employ statistical techniques for data scrutiny. - Collaborate with the management team to prioritize the needs of different business units. - Communicate insights through reports and visual presentations. - Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand business requirements. - Specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to unique business processes in collaboration with managers from various departments. Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in data analysis. - Educational qualifications required: B.E/B.Tech (computers), B.Sc CS/IT, BBA, MBA in project management, M.Sc CS/IT, M.E/M.Tech. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with vendor management expertise. - PMP certification and Project Management certifications are a plus. - Excellent leadership, project management, and change management skills. - Good financial acumen and interpersonal skills.,
