Danfoss is looking for
a highly skilled PLM Teamcenter Testing Engineer
to join the Teamcenter Build & Test team within Danfoss Group IT (DGIT). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our PLM software through the design and execution of robust testing procedures.
You will become part of a high-performing global team of dedicated IT consultants who are leaders in Teamcenter PLM and play a key role in Danfoss digital transformation journey.
Job Responsibilities
As a Teamcenter Test Consultant
, your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and executing test cases
and test plans for PLM software validation. -
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects
to ensure timely resolution by development teams. -
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
to ensure software meets functional and business requirements. -
Developing and refining testing strategies
, methodologies, and best practices. -
Providing technical support
and guidance to stakeholders during testing phases. -
Participating in regression, integration, and system testing
activities. -
Maintaining test documentation
and ensuring traceability of requirements. -
Contributing to automation efforts
where applicable to improve test efficiency. -
Staying updated on emerging trends
and tools in PLM and software testing. -
Ensuring compliance
with internal quality standards and industry best practices.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate should bring the following qualifications and competencies:

Bachelor s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. -
3+ years of experience
in PLM software testing, preferably with Teamcenter. -
Hands-on experience
with Siemens Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC). -
Good to have knowledge
of CAD integration tools like NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, and Creo. -
Strong analytical and problem-solving
capabilities. -
Familiarity with software testing methodologies
and tools (manual and/or automated). -
Excellent communication skills
for effective collaboration and reporting. -
Team-oriented mindset
with the ability to work in a global environment. -
Self-motivated and proactive
with a strong sense of ownership. -
Adaptability to new tools and technologies
in the PLM testing domain.
