Summary:
- We are looking for a seasoned IT Project manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our innovative and dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and coordinating the successful delivery of IT projects (at least 8-10 years of experience in working with Teamcenter related projects). They will be a technical support to Proxy Product owner and helps in breaking down the Epics into User stories and develop detailed project plan for the scheduled releases.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, act on incidents, resolve issues within defined SLAs, monitor and report on performance.
Responsibilities (are not limited to):
- Provide Technical support to Proxy Product owner and help them to breakdown the Epics into user stories.
- Experience with designing scalable/reliable system architectures.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Teamcenter ecosystem and proficiency in automotive business processes.
- Oversee the delivery of new features and ensure committed timelines for the delivery of new features
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns related to the Teamcenter platform
- Co-ordinate for defect fixing and ensure timely resolution of defects reported
- Interact with Platform partners/ feature team and document technical requirements for the project
- Analyze proposed solutions along with Solution architect & product owner to determine if they are good fit for Teamcenter ecosystem
- Provide guidance and support to feature teams in addressing technical issues and concerns related to Teamcenter platform
- Oversee the operational aspects of the project and co-ordinate to resolve the incidents, Problem tickets (PBI/PKE) within SLA/OLA timelines
- Stay up to date with the latest Teamcenter features, updates, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Working experience with T4X and T4EA components of Teamcenter
Experience and Skills Sets required:
Experience
: - 12-15 years of experience in IT technical project management with at least 8-10 years of experience in working with Teamcenter related projects. (Teamcenter installation/ configuration/ customization)
- Up to date with current software architecture best practices
- Aware of current cloud architecture concepts (Amazon Web Services)
