PLM Support Analyst

As a candidate for this position, you should have experience and functional knowledge of PLM tools such as Teamcenter and ENOVIA. Your responsibilities will include customization and enhancements of Catia and 3DX, data migration, and integration within PLM platforms. You will be in charge of handling the IT support team that assists users/supplier engineers with technical problems. In addition, you will interact with users, application teams, and suppliers following a traditional Incident management model. Your competencies should include incident management, building triage for problem management, enhancement & development, and problem-solving skills using methodologies like 5Ys, Six Sigma, 5D & 8D analysis. You are expected to have an expert-level understanding of IT Service Management frameworks and IT Operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and related skills are essential for this role. Your educational background should include a BE/B.Tech degree. You will be responsible for ensuring robust Incident Management for critical issues across different time zones and working with various stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you should champion a proactive monitoring strategy, effective triage of alerts, and root cause identification. Collaboration with suppliers, PDO & Servers team is crucial for functional and load testing automation to validate 3DX updates and reduce/eliminate manual testing. You should stay informed about industry trends, challenge the status quo with innovative ideas, and collaborate with the CFT including suppliers to provide high-quality troubleshooting, defect identification, remediation, and testing. Regular communication of incident status and building triage for problem/change/knowledge management is part of your responsibilities. You should communicate openly with the team, be responsive to in-person prompts, remove blockers, and orchestrate dependencies across product lines.,
