PLM Solution Lead

As a PLM Solution Lead, your role involves guiding the direction and execution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that PLM initiatives are in line with business objectives and generate value across the product lifecycle, from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of PLM strategies and solutions to enhance product development efficiency. - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to seamlessly integrate PLM processes throughout the organization. - Analyze business requirements to formulate precise PLM system specifications. - Provide training and support to end-users for the successful adoption of PLM tools and processes. - Monitor and assess PLM system performance, driving continuous improvement efforts. - Manage relationships with PLM software vendors, overseeing system upgrades and enhancements. - Develop and maintain documentation for PLM processes, policies, and procedures. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PLM, making recommendations to optimize business operations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 12-15 years of experience in PLM, product development, or a related field. - Demonstrated success in implementing and managing PLM solutions within a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in PLM tools, preferably Windchill and Teamcenter, along with associated methodologies. - Strong leadership and project management capabilities. - Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a bonus.,
