Job Description

Hiring: Lead PLC Programmer – Talegaon, Pune

Lead PLC Programmer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and test PLC programs for automation systems.
Integrate PLCs with HMIs, SCADA, drives, and automation components.
Review project specifications and define system processes, interlocks, and safety matrices.
Work with electrical/controls teams to interpret schematics, P&IDs, and process flows.
Guide and mentor junior programmers; manage project execution and documentation.
Handle drive commissioning and safety PLC logic (SIL2/3/4).

🔹 Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, FBD.
Strong knowledge of industrial protocols: ProfiNet, EtherCAT, Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP.
Hands-on experience with
Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Allen Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix
.

🔹 Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
8–12 years of relevant PLC programming experience.
