Role Description

We are seeking a full-time PLC Programmer to join our team at our Jaipur location. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems for our automated control processes. Day-to-day tasks will include designing, developing, testing, and implementing control system programs, collaborating with other team members to optimize system performance, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This is an on-site role requiring close coordination with our engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of PLC programming, ladder logic, and control systems.
Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and debugging industrial automation systems.
Proficiency in developing and documenting control strategies, logic diagrams, and safety loops.
Familiarity with various industrial automation equipment such as HMIs, SCADA systems, and communication protocols.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the Automation industry is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements.
