The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming concepts, and industrial control panels. The candidate will assist in the development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLC-based automation projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Assist in programming, testing, and debugging PLC systems for industrial automation projects.
•
Support in developing HMI/SCADA screens and integrating them with PLCs.
•
Participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems onsite.
•
Perform wiring checks, panel testing, and ensure proper functioning of control systems.
•
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and field instrumentation issues under supervision.
•
Work with senior engineers to understand project requirements, logic flow, and design documentation.
•
Assist in preparing technical reports, project documentation, and test results.
•
Ensure safety standards and company protocols are followed during all tasks.
•
Learn and adapt to different PLC platforms as required.
•
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth execution of projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
•
Basic understanding of PLC programming concepts and ladder logic.
•
Knowledge of industrial automation components like sensors, relays, and control panels.
•
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Willingness to learn and ability to work under guidance.
•
Ready to travel for onsite commissioning if required.
