Role Overview:

automation and control systems

Key Responsibilities:

Program and commission PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff) for cranes, AGVs, and automated gates
Configure and calibrate LiDAR sensors for collision avoidance, detection, and monitoring
Integrate LiDAR data with PLC/SCADA systems for real-time control
Support system commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional automation teams

Required Skills:

3+ years in
PLC programming
(Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, etc.)
Hands-on experience with
LiDAR systems
(SICK, Velodyne, Ouster)
Knowledge of
industrial protocols
(Profinet, OPC UA, Modbus TCP)
Experience with
SCADA/HMI
(WinCC, Ignition)
Willingness to travel for commissioning assignments

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
container terminal/port automation
(AGVs, cranes, anti-collision)
Understanding of safety standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508)
Knowledge of Python/Node-RED or simulation tools

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving ability and safety focus
Independent, self-driven, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and documentation skills
