Qualifications Required:

1.Bachelor s degree in relevant field, e.g., HR, Computer Science, Data Science
2.De strated experience in specific area of digital capability-SAP SuccessFactors HR
  1. Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of HR business processes and how enterprise platforms and systems support these processes.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
6.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English is mandatory.
7.Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., SF, Azure Dev Ops, ALM test tool, Service Now ticketing tool is highly beneficial
7.Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scope

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong knowledge of HR Processes and HR data with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data and the reporting insights
  2. De strable experience in the implementation and Support of SuccessFactors People Analytics in SuccessFactors platform
  3. Must have SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in SF People Analytics and one or modules like EC would be preferred
  4. Ability to run clear and engaging Agile cere ies
  5. Participate in Internal and External Data Audits, support Data subject rights

Purpose and Scope:

As a Platform Engineer with a specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and Scrum, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven ision-making and agile delivery within our digital HR ecosystem. The goal is to ensure these platforms are optimized to support business goals, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.
You will lead the design, development, and optimization of analytics solutions across SAP SuccessFactors modules particularly Employee Central and Talent Management while also championing agile practices to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of value to the business.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement advanced analytics and reporting solutions using SAP People Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other relevant tools.
  2. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable dashboards and insights.
  3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems and reporting platforms.
  4. Drive the adoption of self-service analytics capabilities within HR and business teams.
  5. itor and optimize performance of analytics solutions to ensure scalability and usability.
  6. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  7. Support the team in breaking down complex requirements into manageable user stories and tasks.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration within the team.
  9. Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics to drive accountability and performance.
