Hands on experience of L2/L3 support
Proven skills in Python development and support and AWS services
Good analytical and logical skills
Good debugging skills
Experience developing production grade micro services using Python
Familiar with agile development process
Working experinece of JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow
Ability to analyze and gain both technical and functional understanding from existing code
Familiar with production monitoring in general and with tools like AppDynamics
Hands on experience with log analyzers e.g. Datadog/Splunk or similar
Experience working in a team who is responsible for production availability and support
Familiar with production issue scenarios and the importance of predicting and mitigating such risks
Experience deploying and testing application code on an AWS compute environments like Lambda and EC2.
Experience building production dashboards using log analyzers like Splunk and Datadog
Familiar creating CloudWatch Metrics and Dashboards
