Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end project management of the plastic recycling plant setup

* Vendor selection, machinery procurement, and installation supervision

* Liaise with government authorities for compliances, licenses, and subsidies

* Set up supply chain channels for plastic waste sourcing and product distribution

* Hire and train operational staff

* Optimize layout and design for maximum efficiency and safety

Qualifications:

Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering

5-10 years of experience

plant layout, machinery selection, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance

* Deep understanding of plastic types (PET, HDPE, LDPE, etc.) and recycling processes

* Familiarity with recycling machinery, washing lines, shredders, extruders, pelletizers

* Knowledge of EPR regulations, pollution control norms, and wastewater treatment

* Experience in supply chain planning and waste sourcing
