Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Quality Control Manager, based in Paonta Sahib. The Plant QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes at the plant, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, coordinating with production teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves ensuring product quality, maintaining adherence to safety standards, and leading a team of quality assurance professionals.

• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Inspection skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field
