Job Summary:

The RMC Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and quality control of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant catering to high-rise building projects. This role ensures uninterrupted production, supply, and dispatch of concrete as per project requirements while maintaining cost efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the RMC plant.
• Ensure timely production and dispatch of concrete as per project schedules.
• Monitor raw material inventory (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water) and coordinate procurement.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure concrete meets IS codes and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and contractors for concrete supply planning.
• Supervise plant maintenance, breakdown handling, and ensure minimum downtime.
• Optimize plant performance and operational costs.
• Lead and manage plant staff, drivers, and batching personnel.
• Maintain all statutory compliance, safety norms, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, consumption, and cost.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in RMC plant operations, preferably in high-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and IS standards.
• Experience in handling batching plant software & automation systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong coordination skills with site and procurement teams.
• Knowledge of safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines for RMC plants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
